Over the course of his thirty-six-year legal career, Mark Wasser has obtained notable results for private individuals and public agencies throughout California and Nevada. His unique blend of experience affords him a perspective and insight shared by few, if any, lawyers. He has served as in-house general counsel, outside counsel, special counsel, and legislative advocate. He has represented public agencies and large businesses, as well as individual persons, in all phases of civil litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitration, mediation and legislative hearings.

Mr. Wasser has successfully handled over 30 appeals and has argued cases before the Supreme Courts in both California and Nevada.

He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California and Nevada as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has represented 26 of California's 58 counties, 28 of the state’s 58 superior courts and he served as special counsel to the City of Las Vegas for ten years.
